Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Terracotta Gallery. We want to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for you. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle the shipping of your orders. 

1. Order Processing Time

1.1 Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving payment. This does not include weekends or holidays. In case of any delay, we will notify you promptly.Please note, shipping time will depend on location and product ordered.

1.2 Custom Orders:

Custom or personalized orders may have a longer processing time, and the estimated processing time will be communicated to you during the order confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods

2.1 Shipping Providers:

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery. The carrier used will vary based on your location and type of product ordered.

2.2 Shipping Providers Original Paintings:

Original paintings ordered within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) will be delivered directly by Terracotta Art Gallery. Orders outside the GTA will be delivered by a reputable shipping provider.

3. Shipping Rates

3.1 Free Shipping Prints:

Free shipping for all prints ordered within USA & Canada.

3.2 Shipping Costs Prints:

There are no shipping costs for prints and we currently do not service orders outside of the USA & Canada.

3.3 Free Shipping Paintings:

Orders for original paintings in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) qualify for free shipping.

3.4 Shipping Costs Paintings:

Shipping costs for paintings to be delivered outside of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) a shipping charge will be calculated and applied to total upon request. Please note shipping costs are determined by numerous variables e.g. location (domestic or international), size, weight, value, fragility etc. We do not charge for handling or packaging.

4. Order Tracking

4.1 Tracking Information:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.This allows you to track the progress of your delivery.

4.2 Tracking Issues:

If you encounter any issues with tracking or have concerns about your delivery, please contact our customer service at info@terracottaartgallery.com.

5. International Shipping

5.1 International Orders:

We offer international shipping to every country. Free international shipping for fine art paper and rolled canvas prints. For stretched canvas prints and original paintings international shipping costs will be applied. International shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on the destination and product variables (e.g. size, value, weight, fragility, etc…).

5.2 Customs and Duties:

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs regulations. Where items are to be exported from Canada, you shall be responsible for complying with any legislation or regulations governing the export fromCanada or the importation into the country of destination of the items and for the payment of any duties therein. If the sale is zero rated or not subject to Value Added Tax due to the export of items, you shall take all necessary steps to export the items within the time limits and in accordance with the requirements of HM Customs and Excise and shall notify HMCustoms and Excise of the export. You shall indemnify Joseph Capicotto Fine Art andTerracotta Gallery against any claims made against Joseph Capicotto Fine Art and TerracottaGallery for Value Added Tax or other expenses or penalties charged by HM Customs andExcise if the goods are not exported within the time limits or for any other reason relating to your order.

6. Shipping Address

6.1 Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6.2 Address Changes:

If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

7. Contact Information

7.1 Canceling Print Order:

Upon ordering a print you will have 4 hours to cancel your order and be fully refunded. After the 4 hours production will commence and we will not be able to refund you.

7.2 Canceling Original Painting Order:

For original paintings cancellation of purchase is still allowed if you are not happy with the shipping charge. Once the paintings have been picked up by the courier, cancellation of order is no longer available.
