Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Terracotta Gallery. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand our guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Returns

1.1 Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact info@terracottaartgallery.com we will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund. After the 30 days we will assume you are happy with your order and will no longer accept a refund or return.

1.2 Incorrect Items:

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or provide a refund. After the 30 days we will assume you have received the correct item and will no longer be able to arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or provide a refund.

1.3 Change of Mind:

If you change your mind about a purchase, we may accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. However, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. After the 30 days we will assume you are happy with your purchase and will no longer accept a refund or return.

2. Refunds

2.1 Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within about 7 days after we receive the returned item. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

2.2 Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is not available, an alternative method may be used at our discretion.

2.3 Partial Refunds:

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.

2.4 Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If your refund has not been received yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your payment card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all previous actions and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@terracottaartgallery.com.

3. Return Procedure

3.1 Contact Us:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@terracottaartgallery.com with your order number and details of the issue.

3.2 Return Authorization:

We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Please do not return items without prior authorization.

3.3 Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. 

4. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange prints if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If damaged at some point after delivery not due to our error or the shipping company’s error we will not replace your print. Due to the nature of original paintings sold in our store, an identical match is rarely available. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@terracottaartgallery.com and do not return it unless we instruct you to do so.

Paintings will only be replaced if damaged upon delivery.
